In Bosun's Restaurant
- Dogs are welcome to join their owners for dinner or just drinks on Bosun's Veranda, however, only guide and service dogs are allowed inside the restaurant.
At The Riverfront York
- Well behaved dogs are welcome at The Riverfront York.
- Most breeds of dog are welcome apart from those on and pending the dangerous Dog Act.
- We do not accept any other pets
- Dogs must always be under the control of a responsible adult, kept on a lead and wear a collar with identity tag.
- We ask that you please clean up after your dog. A waste bin is provided by the main entry gates.
On the Caravan & Motorhome Park
- Up to two dogs per caravan or motorhome can join their owners on our Caravan & Motorhome Park. This should be stipulated at the time of booking and there will be a small charge per dog.
- Dogs should not be left unattended for long periods inside your caravan or motorhome.
In the Unique Stays
- One larger dog or up to two smaller dogs may join their owners in each of our Unique Stay Cabins and Shepherd's Huts. We do not allow dogs onto The Ark at any time.
- Dogs should not be left unattended for long periods inside your accommodation.
At the Cafe Bar and Bosun's Pizza Oven
- Dogs are welcome in these areas but, as with the site in general, must be kept on a lead at all times.
Weather-Proof Pods
- Dogs are welcome to join you in our Pods but please keep them off the furniture at all times.
Dog Treats Available from The Riverfront Cafe Bar
- Dog friendly Ice Cream: various flavours of our Northern Bloc Ice cream range formulated especially for dogs!
- We also offer a Puppaccino which is a whipped cream and vanilla syrup treat!
Please note that CCTV is in operation at all times and if owners are not following this guidance or their dogs are causing a nuisance for other visitors, they may be asked to leave the site.
