Gavin’s cooking is rooted in seasonal, ingredient‑led dishes, inspired by the very best of Yorkshire produce and shaped by his travels across the Mediterranean and the British Isles.
Anna moved to York in 2005 and has proudly worked in the hospitality industry ever since.
